ASIONIC 200 Inline Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a microcontroller-based, full-bore flow measurement solution using advanced transit time ultrasonic technology for high-accuracy measurement of sonically conductive liquids. Designed for medium to very large pipeline sizes from 15 NB up to 1000 NB, it offers single, dual, and four-path acoustic configurations to achieve superior accuracy in demanding applications. The obstruction-less design ensures zero pressure drop and maintenance-free operation, making it a reliable alternative to mechanical flow meters. ASIONIC 200 delivers accuracy up to ±0.2% of measured value (four-path configuration) with excellent long-term stability. It supports AC or 24V DC power supply, along with 4–20 mA, HART, RS485 (MODBUS RTU) , GSM, and GPRS communication options. With IP67 weatherproof and CMRI flameproof certification, it is ideal for water transmission, wastewater, power plants, and large industrial process applications.
Configure the transmitter and electronics based on application, environment, and compliance requirements.
