ASIONIC 100 Two-Wire Inline Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a microcontroller-based, full-bore flow measurement solution using advanced transit time ultrasonic technology for accurate volumetric flow measurement. Designed for both conductive and non-conductive liquids, it offers reliable performance without any moving parts, ensuring maintenance-free operation. The 2-wire loop-powered design with HART communication enables easy integration into existing control systems. ASIONIC 100 supports pipe sizes from 15 NB to 600 NB and provides high accuracy of ±0.5% of measured value. Features such as local LCD indication, empty pipe detection, and hot retractable sensor option enhance operational flexibility. With IP67 weatherproof and CMRI flameproof certified construction, it is ideal for demanding industrial and hazardous area applications.
