TX-00 Loop Powered Signal Isolator is a compact signal conditioning device designed for reliable signal conversion and isolation in industrial applications. It supports dedicated inputs including RTD, thermocouple, voltage, and current signals, and provides an isolated 4–20 mA DC output. Powered directly from the 24 V DC current loop, it eliminates the need for an external power supply. The isolator offers 1.4 kV isolation between input and loop, ensuring safe operation and protection against electrical noise. With DIN rail mounting, compact dimensions, and fast response time, the TX-00 is easy to install and maintain. Its robust and cost-effective design makes it suitable for demanding process control environments.
Configure the transmitter and electronics based on application, environment, and compliance requirements.

Electronet instruments are widely deployed across multiple industries and utilities for reliable monitoring and control of critical process parameters.
| Industry | Key Applications (TX 00) |
| Water & Wastewater Treatment | Eliminating earth potential differences and ground loops between long-distance flow/level transmitters in remote intake pump houses and central SCADA PLC analog input cards. |
| Automation & Manufacturing | Galvanic noise rejection and signal isolation across variable frequency drive (VFD) panels, heavy servo systems, and high-noise CNC manufacturing machines. |
| Oil & Gas / Petrochemical | Field-to-control room signal isolation for 4–20 mA pressure, level, and temperature transmitters situated across distributed tank farms and pump stations without requiring separate auxiliary power. |
| Nuclear Power & Power Generation | Loop isolation and signal conditioning between field sensors and DCS cabinets across boiler drum, turbine lube oil, and switchyard control systems to isolate plant electrical surges. |
| Textile Industry | Protecting temperature and tension control analog signals from high harmonic noise generated by high-speed spinning machines, inverters, and drying cylinders. |
| Pulp & Paper Industry | Suppressing common-mode electrical voltage spikes and hum on long 4–20 mA transmission runs between pulp preparation digesters, wash plants, and paper machine control consoles. |
| OEM Equipment Manufacturers | Compact DIN-rail loop-powered signal isolation integrated into packaged compressor skids, boiler control cabinets, chiller consoles, and standardized automation panels. |
| Sugar & Distillery Industry | Signal cleaning and ground fault prevention on analog transmitters operating near heavy cane-crushing mill drives, centrifuge drives, and boiler co-generation panels. |
