RFLS-01 RF Admittance Type Level Switch is designed for reliable point-level detection of liquids, powders, and bulk solids using advanced frequency sweep technology. It operates by learning the dielectric and conductivity signature of the media, ensuring accurate detection even with coating, buildup, or varying material properties. The switch supports media with dielectric constant εr > 1.5 and requires no calibration for liquid fork simulation, making commissioning simple. Featuring a compact design with two independent PNP outputs and multicolour LED status indication, it enables clear local diagnostics. The RFLS-01 operates across a wide process temperature range of –40°C to 125°C and withstands process pressure up to 100 bar. With IP-66 / IP-68 protection, fast response time, and maintenance-free operation, it is ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Configure the transmitter and electronics based on application, environment, and compliance requirements.
