Product Description

HLT-22 Hydrostatic Level Transmitter is a robust and reliable solution for continuous level measurement based on the proven piezoresistive sensor principle. It provides accurate level measurement with ranges up to 500 meters and pressure capability from 0.4 to 50 bar, making it suitable for deep tanks and reservoirs. The transmitter delivers a stable 4–20 mA two-wire output, proportional to the liquid level, for easy integration with control systems. Designed with all wetted parts in SS-316 and a fully submersible IP68 construction, it ensures long-term performance in wastewater, sludge, and harsh process environments. HLT-22 also supports simultaneous level and temperature measurement with an optional integrated Pt100 sensor. Its simple installation, overload resistance, and maintenance-free design make it a cost-effective level measurement solution for industrial applications.
