FL-102 Two-Wire Turbine Flow Meter is a reliable and cost-effective solution for accurate flow measurement of clear, non-conductive liquids in industrial applications. Operating on the turbine flow measurement principle, the rotating vaned rotor generates a frequency signal proportional to flow rate, which is converted into a 4–20 mA or pulse output. The meter supports line sizes from 15 NB to 200 NB and offers a wide turndown ratio up to 100:1, enabling flexible flow range measurement. With high accuracy up to ±0.5% of full scale, low pressure drop, and fast response time, FL-102 ensures stable and repeatable performance. Its simple construction, easy maintenance, and optional remote display enhance operational convenience. Featuring weatherproof IP67 protection and optional CMRI flameproof certification, FL-102 is ideal for chemical, process, and general industrial flow applications.
