Venturi Tube is a robust differential pressure–based primary flow element designed for accurate measurement of liquid, gas, and vapor flow in industrial applications. Manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 5167, it offers reliable performance with accuracy up to ±0.7% to ±1.5%, depending on the venturi type. The streamlined design ensures very low permanent pressure loss and excellent pressure recovery, making it ideal for applications where energy efficiency is critical. With no moving parts and simple construction, the venturi tube provides long service life and maintenance-free operation. Available in Classical Venturi and Venturi Nozzle designs, with bi-directional or uni-directional flow options, it supports line sizes from 50 NB to 1200 NB. Offered in fabricated or machined construction with flanged or weld-in ends, the Venturi Tube is widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure industrial process applications.
Configure the transmitter and electronics based on application, environment, and compliance requirements.
