Orifice Integral Assembly is a compact and accurate differential pressure–based flow measurement solution designed to be mounted directly on a DP transmitter. The integral design eliminates impulse tubing, reducing leakage points, installation errors, and startup time commonly associated with conventional orifice installations. Available in line sizes from 15 NB to 50 NB, it ensures reliable flow measurement with accuracy up to ±2% of full scale. The assembly includes an integral orifice plate, body, studs, nuts, and gaskets, forming a complete and robust flow meter solution. Offered in carbon steel and stainless steel constructions, it supports various process requirements and applications. With socket weld, threaded, or flanged end connections and optional upstream/downstream piping, it is ideal for compact process installations in industrial flow measurement systems.
Configure the transmitter and electronics based on application, environment, and compliance requirements.
