Orifice Plate Assembly is a reliable and maintenance-free differential pressure–based flow measurement solution designed for accurate measurement of liquid, gas, and vapor flows. Manufactured as per BS EN ISO 5167, it ensures consistent performance and repeatable accuracy of ±1% of full scale. The assembly features orifice flanges with integrated pressure tapping, eliminating the need for separate tapping points or impulse carriers. Available in line sizes from 15 NB to 1000 NB, it supports WNRF, SORF, RTJ, and custom flange configurations. Constructed in a wide range of materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel, with CAF, SWG, or PTFE gaskets, it suits diverse process conditions. With no moving parts, simple construction, and IBR / Non-IBR certification options, the orifice plate assembly is ideal for robust industrial flow measurement applications.
