Inside Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Manage customer enquiries, leads, quotations, and follow-ups while supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Generate and follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
• Coordinate with field Sales Engineers and internal teams.
• Follow up on quotations and pending opportunities.
• Support customer relationship management and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in inside/technical sales preferred.
• Good communication, technical understanding, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
